Thriving in the Long Game - Building Blocks to Leading a Full, Rich Life!
This seminar gives participants an overview of the 5 pillars on moving from living an "OK life", to really thriving! It highlights the current research from positive psychology about how to create your best life, based on the book Flourish by Martin Seligman. You will walk away with some very practical ideas and tools that you can use right away. If you think you may have taken something like this before it has been offered for the public during Mental Health Awareness Week, and was called "Flourishing".
The seminar is a good introduction to the 2 day skills-building workshop "Thriving, Striving and Surviving in Today's World" (previously titled "Flourishing: the Science and Habits of Positive Mental Health) offered through ODB. If you have taken the longer workshop, you will have covered all, and much more, than this brief seminar can offer.
